My sim card is not working

  3. I am trying to upgrade my craptastic will assurance phone to a OnePlus Nord n200 5g. I tried inputting the son as shown but it doesn’t seem to change the apn that’s already there, which when I select all the fields are grayed out. Assurance said only their provided phone’s work, but I know they don’t make any phones, they just lease spectrum from TMobile and resell it or in my case give it away as a lifeline service. Please help I am sick of this wiko phone

    • Assurance Wireless sim card is reading on a Sky Elite device, but I try to make a call it reads:

Mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call.
