Steps to Activate your US Mobile SIM Starter Kit
Here are the steps to activate your US Mobile SIM Starter Kit:
Step 1: Create an account or sign in if you already have one.
- Log in to your US Mobile account through the website or app.
- On the left-hand side menu, select “Add a new line.”
Step 2: Click on “I’m ready to activate.” This will take you to the activation page.
Step 3: Confirm phone compatibility.
- Use your phone’s IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) to check if it works with the US Mobile Super LTE network.
- If it’s compatible, proceed with the Super LTE network.
- If it’s not compatible, select the GSM LTE network, which works with most devices.
Step 4: Enter your SIM card number or choose it from the delivered SIMs.
- The SIM card number is a 19-20 digit number found on the silver sticker on the back of your phone, under the battery pack, or on the box it came in.

Step 5: Choose “Get a new number” or “Transfer my number.”
- If getting a new number, enter your ZIP code to get a local area code.
- If transferring your number, select your previous carrier, enter your phone number, and provide the account number and PIN from your previous carrier.

Step 6: Select an Unlimited plan or build a custom plan according to your needs.
Step 7: Enter your billing information and choose your payment method.
- Enable AutoPay if desired to avoid missing payments or to use promo/referral codes.
Step 8: Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy by checking the checkbox.
Step 9: Activate your line.
- If you received a new number, insert the US Mobile SIM card into your device and start using it immediately.
- If porting a number, US Mobile will email you when your number is ready to use. You can continue using your old provider’s SIM card until then.
