Regarding Altice Phone model (regardless of the network provider), I am using an Altice 32S model for a few months. I have noticed that on attempt to connect it through different Network providers in some – the device was not able to find and connect to the relevant APN access point of the network (I noticed it for Lycamobile in Portugal and for We.com in Israel). The only solution I found is to insert the same sim card to a mobile device of a different kind/brand – to take screen shots of the definitions in the APN access point from the other device, then re inserting the sim card back to my device and creating the access point with the definitions (based on the screen shots) manually in my Altice 32s Device. This has worked with both networks/sim cards. I did notice that on other providers (for example – Vodafone) I did not encounter this issue and my device could automatically connect to the internet / access point was automatically created and chosen.
